Services Provided
Shandil Studios specializes in real estate photography, videography, virtual tours, SEO services, and related media solutions. All services are subject to availability and prior agreement.
Grant of License
Upon full payment, Shandil Studios grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photos, videos, or other media solely for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. The client may not resell, transfer, or modify the content without prior written permission.
Copyright and Ownership
All content created by Shandil Studios remains the intellectual property of Shandil Studios. The company retains the right to use the media for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
Permitted Uses:
- Listing properties for sale or rent on MLS and real estate websites.
- Promotional materials for the specific property.
- Social media posts by the client.
Prohibited Uses:
- Reselling or transferring media to third parties without authorization.
- Altering, editing, or removing watermarks without permission.
- Using content for unrelated commercial purposes.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits are non-refundable.
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments for any reason.
A $35 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the invoice amount, including cancellations made after we are en route to your appointment or upon arrival.
Liability Disclaimer
Shandil Studios is not responsible for factors outside of its control, including property condition, weather, or third-party delays. Clients must ensure the property is clean and photo-ready before the scheduled shoot.
Modifications to Terms
Shandil Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
